Featured Designer Challenge at STS

Starting August 1st STS is changing the Featured Designer Challenge to a weekly challenge. Each week a different designer will be highlighted and will host the challenge in the STS forum. The challenge will not be worth points anymore, the designer will offer a participation prize instead.

This first week is my very own designer The Scrappy Kat! Here is a little question and answer to get to know her more. :-)

And the cute participation prize you get it you participate in the challenge. I am sooooo doing that because I always need pirate kits! :-)
Head on over to Stuff to Scrap and participate in the challenge and get the free kit too! :-)

August BAK at Stuff to Scrap

This month at Stuff to Scrap the theme is Birds and Bugs. There are lots of fun colors that make it easy to scrap pages for both girls or boys! :-) Of course I LOVE that! :-)

This is Shel Belle Scraps portion of the kit. This is the preview of her mini kit and the alphas she created for it. Her portion can be found here at the Stuff to Scrap store. Each portion is $1.99.

Here is the page I created. This is when we went to Busch Gardens on the 4th of July.
This is The Scrappy Kat's portion. There is a set of elements, a set of papers and a set of torn papers. You can click on the preview of each to be sent directly to that product. Her portions are also $1.99.

And here is the second page of the previous LO. I figured while I was doing I might as well finish the 2 page spread and use a matching kit. :-)

So head on over to Stuff to Scrap to get all these pieces and all the other designers portions too! :-)

Zoom Zoom Pets by The Scrappy Kat

I know there are a lot of Zhu Zhu pet lovers out there. Thankfully Tye was never into it so I didn't have to shell out all that money for them! lol The Scrappy Kat has created a kit based on that and their modes of transportation! lol It can also be used for gerbil and hamster pages. I used it for car pages! lol
So here are my pages. It is a two page LO about our ride at Tomorrowland Speedway at Walt Disney World, one of Tye's FAVORITE rides! Big surprise there huh?! lol

If you would like to purchase the kit it will be on sale the first week for $2.00 at Stuff to Scrap!!! What a deal!

The Light by Spinky Dink Scraps

Spinky Dink Scraps is finally back in business. She has been out with all day morning sickness for the last two+ months. It is good to have her back and I hope she continues to feel better until the baby gets here (well afterwards too! lol)

She has a new kit out called The Light. I have a couple of ideas in my head, but ended up with the page below. Maybe there will be another one in the future! lol :-)
This is my niece. It's a picture I took a couple of years ago. I really like how it turned out (especially the way I did her name! lol)
You can purchase the kit now at Gotta Pixel for $3.99 and if you buy the kit you can get the styles for free through July 22nd!

July BAK Tillin' Time and Tractor Time by The Scrappy Kat

As most of you know the last two years we have been doing our own garden. We use the square foot garden method and while we don't get the largest harvest, at least we try. :-) I take lots of pictures of these, but only have a few small kits to use for scrapping them. I was super excited when I found out that this month's Build a Kit at Stuff to Scrap was going to be a farming/gardening theme!

Here are the pieces to The Scrappy Kat's kit. It is a combo of both Tillin' Time for the gardening part and Tractor Time for the farming part! :-) Each part is $1.99 and can be found here.

Here are the two pages I completed. :-)

So hurry on over to Stuff to Scrap and get any and all portions of this month's Build A Kit for yourself!
